Miker Signature Reservation Booking PolicyThank you for choosing to make a reservation with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established the following reservation booking policy:1. Reservation Process:Reservations can be made through our official website, phone, or in person at our location.

For phone reservations, please call 010-3733003.
Walk-in reservations are subject to availability.2. Reservation Confirmation:A non refundable booking transfer of RM100 or full payment of ordered booking bill is required to secure your reservation.
This deposit applicable for 5 pax and below with advance menu booking.
For blank booking, only reserve table are applicable with no booking charges apply.3. Cancellation and Modification:Cancellations and modifications can be made up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time without any charges.
Cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of the reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up for your reservation without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.4. Group Reservations:For groups larger than 6 people and above, please contact us directly at 010-3733003 to make arrangements.
Group reservations may require a group deposit or prepayment, and specific cancellation terms will apply.5. Late Arrivals:We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. Please notify us if you're running late.
If you're more than 20 minutes late for your reservation and haven't notified us, your table may be released.6. Special Requests:We do our best to accommodate special requests such as dietary restrictions, seating preferences, etc. Please notify us in advance.
While we will make every effort to fulfill special requests, they are subject to availability.7. Waiting List:If your preferred reservation time is unavailable, you can join our waiting list via 05-3571303. We will notify you if a table becomes available via whatsapp.8. Payment:Payment will be processed at the end of your meal.
